How do I change or cancel a booking?

Open Bookings in your account, choose the reservation and select Modify or Cancel. Free cancellation windows are shown on each booking.

When am I charged?

Most rooms are pay-at-property. Prepaid rates are charged at the time of booking.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices show the nightly rate; taxes (12%) and the service fee (3%) are itemised before you pay.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes — enter the guest's name in the details step and add a note in special requests.
